The arts Council of Lake Oswego is sponsoring a fundraiser to benefit community arts programs. This year they have selected a chair which will be given to 4 artists as a challenge to created an art piece. I have been selected to be involved in this event and am a happy for this opportunity.
The sky is the limit with what I can do in my creative process. I’m excited to have this challenge! There will be an in-person event that will be held at the ART space Gallery on October 27. These chairs will be auctioned an online event with the date to be announced in fall of 2022

Portland Open Studios is a volunteer and artist run organization with the mission to create community among Portland artists, to educate the public about local artists and artistic processes, to run an internship program for high school juniors and seniors interested in a career in the arts and to create a tour of Portland Artist Studios every second and third weekend of October. Splendorporium is the phenomenal art space that is part of Art4Life, a non-profit organization that brings Arts & Culture to six Portland Public Schools through their after school programs. It is a dynamic space where artists can come together, show off, inspire one another, and bedazzle and bewilder the community.
